Improving Thumbnail Quality

Layout Options
You can customize a slide show by using the "Layout" button in the "Grid" pane of the Setup Slide Show dialog. Here, you can select which meta data fields to display, as well as font style, text size, text and background color.

Slide Show Layout Options

To add or remove a field to a slide show, click on its name in the field list area. You can change the size (or number of lines) and the font style for each individual field, by clicking the double arrow icon on any active field.

Audience Presentations
If you are projecting your slide show on a screen to an audience, it's recommended that you increase the font size to at least 24-36pt to ensure maximum readability.

Adjust number of field name lines

If your type on the bottom is getting clipped by the projector (sometimes projectors don't display the entire computer screen), add an additional line of text to particular field being displayed. To do this, use the arrows next to the field name to increase it to 2 or 3 (see highlighted area in example above).
