2. Index Page preferences

The "HTML Template" pull down menu allows you to select the visual style of the index page. Chosing "Thumbnail View" will make index page mimic the layout style of the catalog. Think of it as WYSIWYG. The "Table Grid" allows you to customize how many thumbnails, across and down, will appear on the index page. With the "JPEG" button, customize the resolution of the thumbnails.

3. Media Page preferences

On Media pages, templates define the presentation of a single file. These templates also include navigation to "Next," "Previous" and "Back to Index." Media template also can include any annotations associated with a file. Using the buttons –"JPEG," "Size" and "QuickTime" – you can change the resolution, size and quality of the media files.

4. General preferences

"HTML Extension" defines the suffix of filename (.htm, .html or .shtml). "Outline index links" adds a border to each thumbnail on the index page to indicate a hyperlink.

General preferences

If you plan on editing HTML pages, use "File Creator" to define your editing application. This is a big time saver. "Browser" defines which browser your gallery will launch in, after the pages have been exported. Under "Options" you may save your preferences. This can be valuable for users with multiple output styles.

5. Create a web gallery

After you have set your preferences, click on "Create." The amount of time it takes for MediaPro to create a gallery can vary depending on the numbers of images, their original size and the destination size.
