Can I sync Catalog Sets and Custom Fields?
MediaPro 3 now supports IPTC XMP core metadata. Both Catalog Sets and Custom Fields are stored in a file's Metadata when Sync Annotations is chosen from the Action menu.
When you install MediaPro 3 an Adobe file info panel is installed that allows you to see this information in Photoshop. For instance this information in the MediaPro Organize panel -

How do I edit the pull down lists of annotations that I have used?
MediaPro 3 includes the Vocabulary Editor. This is launced from the Preferences menu.
Using the Voacbulary Editor you can edit the options that appear in pulldown menus while annotating media items. This is covered in detail in the manual.
