My iView License Number does not work ?
If your license number is being rejected there are a number of reasons which may cause this:

If you license number is of this format then it is a license number for iView MediaPro 1. It is likely you have downloaded iView MediaPro 2. This will not accept this license number. MediaPro 2 is a paid upgrade for version 1 customers. iView does offer a 50% upgrade discount.
You can download MediaPro 1.5.7 directly from here should you wish to continue using this version.

Reason 1: Maximum users exceeded
When you purchase a license for iView products you are entitled to install the software on two computer which you own, but not to run the software concurrently. If you have any form of networking (hub, router or wireless card etc. even if turned off) iView software will find any concurrently run copy using the same license number. It will prevent concurrent use (do be sure to fully quit the program if you are using it on two computers; File Menu - Quit). If you have the need to use iView software on more than one computer at any time then you require a license for each instance you run. iView offers Site Licenses for multiple seats / use.

Reason 2: Incorrect Product
Check carefully which product you purchased. iView offers two products: iView Media and iView MediaPro. Look at the e-mail you received from iView when you purchased. This will list which product you own. If you are an iView Media customer iView MediaPro will not accept an iView Media license. It is likely you have downloaded iView MediaPro instead of iView Media in this instance. Please download iView Media from here.
Reason 3: Incorrect license number.
Could it be you have simply typed in the license number incorrectly? It is a long number which is best "copied and pasted" from your original order e-mail to the license dialog. If you are in any doubt then please use our Lost License service which will send you a copy of your license number.
Reason 4: Customer Refund.
If you have ever received a refund for an iView product then your license number will no longer work.
