If Quicktime is not fully installed iView MediaPro will not be able to produce the jpeg images needed for the gallery.
Un-install Quicktime. Get the latest Quicktime installer from Apple .(www.apple.com/quicktime). Re-install Quicktime. When installing Quickime you must select the 'Recommended' option, choosing 'Minimum' or 'Custom' may cause this problem

Mac users can use the script 'Copy HTML Theme ...' (in the tools section of the Applescript menu).
Windows users will find the themes in Documents and settings -> use -> application data -> iView -> plug-ins -> HTML templates folder.

You can create unique and personalized HTML galleries by editing the HTML templates that MediaPro uses. You will find detailed information about this in 'About_Templates.HTML' which is in the MediaPro documentation folder.
