How do I edit the pull down lists of annotations that I have used?

The annotations shown in these lists are simply stored in text documents in the following location -

Mac OS 9 System Folder/Application Support/iView/Plug-ins/Favorites/

Mac OS X ~User/Library/Application Support/iView/Plug-ins/Favorites/

There is one text document for each field. You can edit them in any text editor.
If you are upgrading from earlier versions of MediaPro you can copy these files from -

MediaPro 1.5/Plug-ins/Favorites/Default/

How does 'Autofill' work?

Autofill is the function that applies a set of Annotations (including People, Categories and Keywords) to a cataloged item or items.

The first step is to create the set. Select an item and (in the top of the info panel) select 'Save as AutoFill' from the suitcase icon. Give the set a name that describes it's purpose.

Then select one or more items to copy that set of annotation to and choose the name you gave the set from the suitcase icon.

Note - Autofill will not overwrite existing annotations. AutoFill does not include the Caption field.

What do the Red Diamonds in the info panel mean?

they indicate fields that are "dirty", i.e. they have been changed but not yet committed. You can abandon the change by clicking the red diamond, you can abandon all changes by clicking the red x or you can accept the change for all selected items by clicking the green tick.

There is a yellow and black stripe to the right of an IPTC annotation?

This is a warning that the annotation excedes the number of characters allowed for that field by the IPTC standard. The MediaPro catalog will accept all the characters but other applications may not. It would be safer to to use a shorter annotation.

What are the labeling Hotkeys in MediaPro 2

You can label selected catalog items by using the numeric keys 1 to 9. Each number represents a different colored label. 0 (zero) removes any labels from the selection.
