Q: I didn't receive my Expression Media upgrade ? A: Are you sure ? The free upgrade from MediaPro 3 to Expression Media 1 was launched back in June 2007 and many customers have contacted iView saying they did not get their free upgrade. Often it is found the upgrade had been claimed, just a long time ago. Please use our Lost License service to check to see if you did receive your upgrade.
Has your e-mail address changed in the last 13 months ? If so please and we will check to see if your license has been issued under a different e-mail.
Q: I definitely didn't receive the free upgrade ? A: There is no way to now issue a free upgrade from MediaPro 3 to Expresssion Media 1. The free upgrade was offered for 13 months and we contacted all customers over 10 times via e-mail during that period to offer this upgrade. The upgrade was advertised for 6 months prior to the upgrade period. The offer has now closed. MediaPro 3 continues to be functional and supported through this web site. Expression Media 2 has been recently launched by Microsoft and offers an excellent software product to transition to. That is a paid for software product.
Q: I need to download Expression Media 1 again ? A: Please and instructions will be given.
Q: I need to swap my Windows Expression Media 1 license for Macintosh, or vice versa ? A: Please with your existing license number and platform.
