Dynamic Import

Overall import speed has been greatly increased. Customers can continue using the application during the import process even when very large files are being imported.

Option to copy media files to folders, batch rename files and apply multiple annotations automatically on import from a digital camera. For example, images from a photographer’s shoot can be stored in the right folder, have their Author & Copyright details added and be renamed to fit the photographer’s preferred filename structure. This will all be done automatically as the files are imported.

Batch import files from the Web directly into your catalogs using cURL, a special tool for transferring files online.

Annotations are now automatically imported from XMP sidecars.

This provides a complete workflow management solution because it speeds up the way a user works by automatically assigning filenames and annotations on import. MediaPro is all about speed and this feature means the time taken to create a catalog is significantly reduced.
