Customize your catalogs

Display only the metadata fields related to your workflow. For example, an aerial photographer could customize the interface to show only the fields they are interested in, such as longitude, latitude and altitude but not Headline, Title or other field not pertinent to their workflow.

Personalize terminology to align with your existing workflow. For example, a user whose main image editing tool is Photoshop can use Photoshop IPTC field names in MediaPro 3 (e.g. 'Description' instead of what MediaPro and other applications refer to as 'Caption'), avoiding any potential confusion.

Save your catalog layout options as themes. Predefined catalog themes are also now available.

This provides a complete workflow management solution because you can configure your catalog to display only the information relevant to you in any particular view (Thumbnail, List, Media or Light Table). Other metadata that is not required need not be displayed. MediaPro is flexible enough to meet the requirements of any user’s individual workflow.
